Overview
The world's richest wine. PX grapes are sun-dried on esparto mats until they become raisins, then pressed to produce liquid so sweet and concentrated it pours like molasses — 400–500g/l residual sugar. Poured over vanilla ice cream it is transcendent. Very old PX (50+ years, from Montilla-Moriles) reaches almost mythical complexity.
